FACTS offers several education services, including tuition payments, financial-aid applications and student-information tools. “FACTS Management login” does not always mean one universal dashboard. The correct route depends on your school, region and the task you need to complete.
Begin with the link supplied by your school or the official FACTS product-login page. This article is an independent guide and does not collect account details.
Choose the service for your task
The official login directory separates Family Portal from Payment Plans / Financial Aid and also provides different routes for school staff. It includes regional choices. A family trying to see grades may need a different service from one submitting financial-aid information.
FACTS Parent Solutions describes three broad purposes: paying tuition over time, applying for aid and using Family Portal to connect with school information. The features visible to you depend on what your school uses and makes available.
Tuition payments
Use the school’s instructions to confirm how to establish a payment arrangement, which charges appear and when action is required. Do not infer payment dates, fees or accepted methods from another school’s experience.
Before submitting a payment, check the student, school, amount and payment method shown in the account. If something looks wrong, contact the school or the relevant FACTS support team through the official route. A payment-system balance should not be guessed from an old email or screenshot.
Financial aid is a separate process
Completing an application is not the same as receiving an award. Ask your school about deadlines, required documents, how decisions are communicated and whether further steps are needed. FACTS describes its role as helping evaluate financial need so schools can make awards.
Keep sensitive documents within the official application process. A general information article should never ask you to send passwords, payment-card details or school records to its author.
Family Portal and school information
Grades, calendars and other school information can be available through Family Portal. The school determines the relevant setup. The existence of a FACTS account for one purpose does not guarantee access to every FACTS product.
If a district or school code is requested, get it from the school. Avoid guessing or reusing details from an unofficial login guide.
Where to get help
The official support page directs SIS and Family Portal questions to the school office and lists separate support routes for tuition and financial-aid matters. Use that distinction to reach the people who can address your issue.
For a forgotten password, follow the recovery process on the correct official service. If recovery does not work, ask the school which account you should be using. This page makes no claim of universal uptime, guaranteed savings or a particular security certification.
Families using Olentangy services instead should see the separate MyOLSD guide; it concerns a different school system and different access arrangements.
